Did you try to open ET as an admin?
And did you try these steps which Haures has posted in a different topic?
right click on et shortcut
go advanced
check:
compatibilitymode win XP sp2 or 3
and check run as admin.

Is it possible to do the same maybe for WIN10 compatible?

Nah, the idea behind this is that windows will treat ET like the old software it is. But somehow that is not working. Like I said, I still prefer good old 2.6b.
I'm sorry but I have no idea what causes this error.

As far as I am concerned, a recursive error is mostly caused by somekind of permissions error: it can't process underlaying files (whatever it may be doing with the files). Are you sure you've given ETL full permission, as in administrator priviliges?
You might want to try to install ETL in a clean directory. If you decide to remove your current installation I would advice you to backup the directory first.
Personally, I suspect you've got some leftovers from your previous ETL installation in the same folder which are bugging things out (provided that you didn't do a clean Windows reinstallation).

Well I have ET Legacy reinstalled but keep Etkey, or what do you mean?
