It's better to download normal (old) ET in stead of legacy.
When you go ETJump just use this, if you play in servers you usually go you can use legacy.

There might be other fixes but I'm not aware of them.
Try this if it suits you.

Running as admin should work, it normally does.

Is there any reason why you don't want the old ET files and the legacy Ines instead, I find the older ones are better. But the .dll file should work.

Download tjmod from internet then if you have already a folder called trickjump or etjump or whatever in documents & settings/etlegacy paste those downloaded trickjump files in there and it works vm_ceate on game is common bug in legacy and its should be fixed in next release of it

Well this is from 2 years ago (ET: Legacy 2.72):

But according to the bug notes, this should be fixed in versions later than 2.72, so maybe this is not related. (If she is using the latest 2.75 version that is)
Has she tried reinstalling? If that doesn't work she can get the file from the official ET files, which ET: Legacy still uses anyways.
