ETPro has reworked hitboxes, more accurate than jaymod (in the current 3.2.6 version) so they're not excactly the same.
About Nitmod and ETPub, Nitmod has in my opinion a way easier and better mod to use, and control.
I never made a server with ETPub, and don't really feel like doing it, since Nitmod feels way better to me.

And the Headshot server on a different mod? Yes, definetly.
Best would be Nitmod, tested with it and I'm loving it.

(Currently testing with the TDM mode for Headshot, it ends the map if a team hits an x-amount of xp. I tried 1000 xp which equals 1000/5=200 kills.)
