New server (archived by John)

So its up to you MSTs if you agree with us and would change that server for us.... We would keep voting about that server, asking for new maps ...... but it will be ETPro ..our Etpro :P

I'm currently setting up a survey for the changes.
The Allstars server is a server where all the settings, mods and maps are chosen by the players.
That's why we should know what we excactly want.

Keep an eye on the Allstars forum, I'll finish the post after my dinner.

I think Antho made some good points here.
1 get a good anti cheat system
2 look at other simular servers on how they run it .

Personally I think objective mode isnt smart. i tihnk its best to have XP cleared after each map. That way the guys that play for hours dont get an advantage over the newcomers.

Since most of you want the Allstars server to be changed (to ETPro most of you) just take a couple minutes to fill in the survey.
The sooner people filled it in, the sooner we can start making changes.

I'd like to urge everyone to re-read this thread, think out a few scenarios and then form a solid opinion, before filling this in. Don't jump into the discussion without having an opinion of your own.

I don't want people to just fill in ETPro because some of us would like to have it that way, just to point that out.
If people prefer to have Jaymod/Nitmod/Silent etc. for the server, make sure to fill in the survey aswell, every vote counts.

Sounds like a good idea to me , but from where will all the players come ? how they will know that there is a twc etpro server ?
only that part is a bit confusing and rest are clear

I agree, but it'll still be the Allstars server, but with a different mod or settings.
People seem not to like the current mod/settings on the allstars server, so why not giving it a shot by changing it?

It may end up being inactive again as it is now or maybe different, who knows?
