One solution could be to let members (who are in TWC for at least 1 month) to join 2 servers at once if they prove that they are active in both. They could have a MAIN server and a SECOND server. Ofc level in second server would be lower.

For example i am active in both ND & Vietnam, 4fun is active in TJ & ND, a lot of HS members plays in ND too etc

This could be good for smaller server (Carnage, Sniper, Vietnam, Panzerwar)

First of all, when did Joint leave? Did I miss something?

Second of all, you have no idea what's happening all in the background. For example on the forums you guys can't see. We are taking every thing in consideration, and even coming up with new things, you don't even know anything yet.

If I can reply to a few things you posted:

For example the mapscripts: I haven't seen Chuck posting much lately on that thread, but he and the MST's are the only one capable of putting them in, because I don't have FTP acces. And to be fair, we have lives we take care of, if you don't mind. You can't expect us all to take care of everything and anything at every moment of the day. It takes some time. Same goes for the banners.

And ND is popular server, and if people want to join it, let them be. Why should we first tell them to visit other servers, if they want to join ND? It's like applying for a job, and the boss says: 'We want you, but first check out some of the other jobs.' That's just a bit nonsense, isn't it? If people feel like Trickjumping or Carnage mod or whatever, they can ask. And most guests connect through the server list, and they can see the other servers there.

And I haven't seen much fighting lately, we had our troubles with ND vs HS a while back, but that's over for a long time. So why bring that back up again. If you think debating suggestions or complaints with arguments, is fighting, you have much to learn. Sorry to say. Fighting is calling each other names, annoying each other on servers by abusing.

I think you're a bit overreacting. You do have some points there, don't get me wrong, but it's a bit overreacted. The main point is, the Supreme's/MST's don't have all the time of the world for TWC, sadly enough. There are already changes being discussed, which all of you will like, believe me. You just got to be a little bit patient, and don't expect everything to happen at the time you want it.

This is very hard to organise. With Rosters, and to know who is in which server etc. etc. It's too complicated to make it happen. And what does it matter if they are active in e.g. ND and are members of TJ? The level you have in ND?

First of all, I really like to see how you guys are coming up with ideas and suggestions.

However, as you may know, we're currently in a state that's kinda hard to describe. I don't think TWC is anywhere near dead,
but we all know that some things will need to changed.

I'd like to think that everybody is willing and ready to support changes (such as those suggested), but this discussion seems to get wider with every post,
so I'd like to suggest stopping this now in order to get it done a little more organized.

What I'm talking about is basically a big survey that all members can and should participate in. Everybody is free to send suggestions for survey questions to me or Mimus that we will take into consideration when working out the survey, so we can get a good picture of what everybody around here thinks about certain topics, so that in the end we can agree on a possibly new direction to go to with our community.

I will make another post on this later today/tonight, so stay tuned.

Yes exactly. Of course everyone can have a busy real life and no one will blame you for that or force you to be active. But certain positions e.g. the supreme postion require a certain activity and if we do have other capable members who can come up with this activity, why shouldn't we let them take those positions?
