Yes exactly. Of course everyone can have a busy real life and no one will blame you for that or force you to be active. But certain positions e.g. the supreme postion require a certain activity and if we do have other capable members who can come up with this activity, why shouldn't we let them take those positions?

Well to be honest, Ocean couldn't make the changes happen faster either. If he has an idea, for example a new levelsystem, the MST's have to approve it first. Yes, he can make minor changes in the settings, but I can too, if I have FTP acces. Chuck is the only one now. (And the MST's). And like Chuck said, it doesn't happen in 3 seconds.

About the ocean, it's not my case ofcourse, and I don't know he changed the mind, but when was he joining, he told me that he don't want have many works and know you are proposing him for supreme.

But the 2 supremes, Joris&Chuck can well done, when Schaapje was active ND was going great and know we have Joris, don't know why you want new one.

Schaapje is inactive, and imo, not rightful to be a Supreme anymore. Ocean could help us out yes, but I prefer to set him to a higher position, and see him as our right-hand. 2 Supremes is the max, and I can't say me and Chuck are that inactive. We just need to stick out and update the server with the suggestion which have been made, that's all.

I'm glad that you thought it through again Joris. That's what it's about now I guess, reconsider our own behaviour and try to improve. I include myself there, maybe I was a bit rude too, but apparently it was necessary to make you reconsider some things. And yes I also had this negative impression of you, those short, usually denying replys of you made you look quite arrogant. But as I said, it's good that you thought about this and I'm more than willing to give you the chance to prove yourself (again) as a supreme.

And suggesting another Supreme (the name Ocean came up on several occasions) does not automatically mean that he/she is supposed to replace you. Just see it as some kind of support, an additional help for the good of the servers and the entire clan.

Edit: Maybe we should ask Ocean first even if he wants to have more responsibilites and duties?

Well I interprated it like that, so I kind of overreacting. But enough about that. Also, a new Supremes does not mean that every problem goes away like 'Poof'. Believe it or not, when you suggest something to the MST's, you gotta fight hard to get it! :P Yes, some things are hidden from the members. But some things just have to change, and if Members are going to discuss this too, it would firstly be one big mess in the thread, and secondly, some changes have to be seen from a 'neutral' members position. For example, when a new levelsystem gets discussed, low level members will shout that they want mute etc. Middle members want ban, etc. etc.
