Banger I wouldnt be a good choice for new supreme,'cause my finals are coming up,so we wouldn't solve our problem by choosing me as supreme,but other HA spots I can fill in (ofc if MSTS and other members agree on that )

BTW I think 1/2 Supremes, 1/2 Leaders, 1/2 Co-leaders and 2/4 Recruiters.

A second supreme/HA would be healthy because I feel that all tj supremes/HA's so on get inactive after some time so if there is a second supreme/HA, the first doesn't have to worry too much about inactivity because he/she has coverage.

I'm just a pawn in this discussion though and this is a mere suggestion out of many but feel free to put feedback on this if you want

I agree that having a coverage is a good thing.

I'm just not sure we have enough qualified people right now to fill so many positions. We can always promote new ppl over time when we see that a certain person has what it takes to be HA. + We don't want to have only HA and no members (or do we?)

If we manage to find enough people ,we could easily set 2 cldrs and 3+ recruiters and are probably going to do so. But due to the relatively small amount of stuff that has to be dealt with on TJ compared to like ND (eg. Spawnkillers), we should be fine with a 1/1/1/2 setup for now.

I mean, since Change went inactive we basically ran the server with 2.5 high admins only and it was going good and made the server go higher as well. (for the last 3 months)

TJ members(that are active) and even members of our other servers agree that Speed should take the place.

We decided, that we want to start off with this lineup for now, and as soon as we find new and suitable people for the High Admin spots, there will be more recruiters and maybe another Co-Leader as well:

1 supreme: Speed
1 Leader: No$k!ll
1 Co-leader: Legendz
2 recruiters: Makez & xph0enix

To guarantee that we can communicate with each other, there is going to be Steam which is able to be used as an instant messenger, so that there is a way to contact people if necessary, to prevent communication issues like the ones we had in the past.
