i agree with that. but i think lvl 8 or higher only to members who are more than one year in clan.

after one year i think a member are identify with clan and know the rules perfect.

The amount of people using the word ridiculous is ridiculous. Be respectfull.
A year is mayebe a bit too long, but dr_c has a valid point. We have seen a lot of people joining, beeing active and getting promoted at rocketspeed. Even to lvl 8, and then just leave the clan shortly after.
Everyone is free to do as they please. But if members are longer in the clan without rocketpromotion, you could say that shows more dedication. Rather then a few month addiction, and then moving on to the next game. So mayebe promoting more slowly would do some good too.

This. I can agree that a month or 2 before they get any real responsibility, but a year? Just no.

Well there are plenty of cases where a rocketspeed promotion turned out to be a good idea

With this system the guys who actually want to get a higher level caN apply and then we can choose the best one for the spot, not automatic promotions but just for the People Who want to and who we think can handle the responsibility!

So I say yes and no to the elaborate idea .... all find too tedious I ... the problems are already very strong extended !!! I would also like to take over what to help the clean servers ... but must come back ..... I hardly can speak English case I get out .... but as I ever mentioned I find it easier if Hauptadmin's determine which member long are here and are not noticed and which one if some member the kick not aufallen and can seem a par could give more rights to what will possibly happen ??? these are the most important LvL I think should have the certain member ..... !!!!! I had myself a clan here at ET and my member up to the "new" also had the opportunities to kick someone ...... but vll only allowed ..... screen so that you can understand it if the party concerned player wants to complain ...... because as it is the mom .... is not so beautiful .... an example ...... I verwarne Domenika 3 times .... because of language and he does it over and over again that good DR_C there was yesterday ...... because he as: know that I received him not muted, no right to have ..... and know many of them .... use it fully out ..... I think it's better if then one or the other member has a command to mute and kick ........ everything else should a main admin can ban terms and much more .... .. sorry for the crappy english .... I hope I still know what I'm saying lg

First off all this is just a proposition.
Maybe this will work, maybe it won't.
But I'm 100% sure this is at least needed for the levels 8+.
Due to the many complaints we had in the past time about our members we have to do something about it, That's why this proposition is made.

Also it might be a good idea to make a default Private Message for every level. if someone gets promoted to level 5, 6 or 7 he will receive a PM including all the info about the commands and our expactations.
Offcourse they are always free to ask for more information.

In this case we did gave the promoted member the information he needs. If he isn't acting like a member/admin should than we can have a chat with him, because they were informed about our expextations.
