Vacancy system proposition:

Our -TWC|NoDownload server is one of the best visited servers in the Enemy territory community. It’s a server to have fun with clanm8’s and visitors to frag around but also a big focus on the map’s objective. The server can maintain 48 visitors and has 2 additional admin slots. It has mostly default maps.

Every member is allowed and very much asked to share his own experiences with this certain admin. This gives the Supremes and other HA the possibility to know even more how the admin is doing his job, and if it happens that there is an admin not fulfilling his duties, he can be found fast and be dealt with.

Experiences can be shared either via pm, xfire or just in public in the servers base. However, remember to maintain a friendly tone and a decent level of maturity in your post, even when complaining about someone.

If it happens and there are complaints about an admin (from memberside or from HA-side), it is a MUST-DO to talk to that person and explain what he might have done wrong, in order to give him the chance to fix it and act like he is supposed to (so no insta-demotes unless it comes clear that person knows what he is doing wrong, but does not intend to change it to the better).

Level 5 vacancy

Vacancy procedure:

Applicants will be watched ingame and on forum to find a suitable candidate

Application to a higher level can be submitted after one month since last promotion.

Applicants will be intervieved by admin 9+ about his/her future promotion

The newly appointed dedicated member will start immediately on lvl 5, but this will be evaluated after a month . If everything is turning out as it should be the adminlvl will be permanent.

· Must be an active member on forum and ingame in past, present and future.
· You must have communicative English skills
· You need to know wehen and how use !mute and !put command
. You are expected to communicate with the leaders/supremes when in doubt

Level 6 vacancy

Vacancy procedure:

Applicants will be watched ingame and on forum to find a suitable candidate

Application to a higher level can be submitted after one month since last promotion.

Applicants will be intervieved by admin 9+ about his/her future promotion

The newly appointed senior member will start immediately on lvl 6, but this will be evaluated after a month . If everything is turning out as it should be the adminlvl will be permanent.

Level 8 (Recruiter) Vacancy

Application to a higher level can be submitted after one month since last promotion.

Applicants will be intervieved by supremes about his/her future promotion

The newly appointed recruiter will start immediately on lvl 8, but this will be evaluated after a month . If everything is turning out as it should be the adminlvl will be permanent.

Task content:

. Your current adminlvl must be lvl 6 or 7 (members that haven't been in our community long but do want to apply will be taken in account when a new position becomes available)
· You reply to new applications of new prospects
· You edit the application forum
· You start a trial period
· You monitor the behavior of the new recruits.
· You are responsible for the acceptations of new recruits for the clan
· You also fulfill all the duties of an admin of lower level (7 and 6)

The newly appointed Co-Leader will start immediately on lvl 9.

I would only use this for the high admins. And specify the tasks towards their job for instance recruiter.

great idea. but does this mean you'' revise every member and appoint them new admin level or will it stay that way and you'll promote others from now on with this system?

levels will stay as they are now. every new promotion will be granted after interview and acceptation of high admins.

Why not to only make them possible for level 8 and higher?

With every lvl gained comes more responsebilty more commanfs etc . Due compaints about nd admins and members deciced to use this system in the interview we can check if the member knows the rules.

coz not every member want to do admin job, and thanks this system we can promote only people who want to be higher level, do admin job and this ppi who want to be more involved with server administration. Some people who are levels 5-7 they do not fulfill their duties, i dont want to say names but i think that everyone knows what i'm talking about. Higher level its nowt only new commands its responsibility.
Also with this system we can learn people how and when use command. As what i saw sometimes even some people with level 7 don't know for egz !finger command how and when use it..

Just look how many camplains was in last time about lover levels admin.. alot. This is a good opportunity to prevent this type of incidents.

if you implement this for every level you'll have level-begging issues for sure, i'd say it should be implemented for lvl 8 and more like djuki and clysma said
