i agree with that. but i think lvl 8 or higher only to members who are more than one year in clan.

after one year i think a member are identify with clan and know the rules perfect.

No, just no.

There are visitors, who would be ready to join High Admins as soon as they get in. Ridiculous idea.

I will disagree to this all level vacancies- idea. Level 8+ would do fine. We will get problems and it just doesn't seem like a good idea to make vacancies for all levels.

We will need to test the new system. So lets try it for all lvls at first if it doesnt work out we can always change it.

i think this is worth of testing. if it doesent work remove it. simple as that. we got nothing to lose if we test this..

Everybody who agrees with "you can only have level 8+ after one year spent in clan" - idea, raise your hands.

You know how many members will wait a year, to recruit people in clan and overall get helpful commands to deal with guests and rule breakers?

That's right, zero.

I don't play often on nd, but I think it's not very useful to put that system for levels 5 and 6.
Otherwise it is a great idea for the server in my opinion!
