It's not just recent events, but many things which grew over the last weeks, which I don't want to talk about in public and in detail here.

But I have the feeling I don't get the support and liking of our leadership for my ideas and opinions for BG anymore. To be honest it seems the opposite, I get disliked for it. So it is a clear decision for me.

I don't hold a personal grudge against anybody and still hope we can play and have fun together.

I know things are not looking the best on Beginners, but please think about the decision you have just made. Right now the Beginners server is the leading server in TWC, and we should keep fighting for it. It's not an easy task to keep the server at its peak, and sooner or later something will go wrong, like for example right now. You guys are having a hard moment, but you can overcome that problem by stepping together and work as a team! No matter what rank are you, everyone should be on board. Like I said before, and I will say it again: You guys are doing an amazing job (Myst, LeP, HeXo, Sadness, Conq, Rex, and the rest)!

I am not sure what was the exact reason for Myst leaving his spot and you Hex for transfering, it seems like something went wrong. I've heard that some of the players complained about the lags on the server and something about the gravity. Both LePresident and Myst are working on a fresh start for the server, and hopefully they will manage to resolve the issues. As for the activity, I see many players (guests and members) on a daily basis. Adding a frag map was a good decision, I think it's going to add value to the server. I also heard people are having a hard time, because of all of the 'Pro' players playing on a beginners server. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I was also pretty bad with the gun. After playing actively on the server for a year, I've gained some skill and am now a lot better player. What I wanted to say is, everyone can practice their shooting and will eventually become a better players, even the guests that has just started playing the game.

Anyways, let's stand together and decide what's best for the server. Everyone has their own opinion, we can't grant everyone's wishes, but we can make compromises. An excellent way of that is by voting (like you're already doing).
