And that is an issue that admin needs to fairly deal with. If you wanted to delete all files that either offensive or could be an issue, you would have to get rid of entire vchat.
Extensive usage, annoying usage, spamming, it was always an issue audio stuff, In Finland we homo is nothing more than that.
If you get offended from it for real, how the heck you are even in the internet, I mean, every bit of it should offend you in that case.

Asking the player to stop using provocative binds is not hard (if that certain player is really trying to provocate others).
If this peaceful method wasn't effective enough, then !mute cmd would be the best solution for this "issue".

Lanttu, you attributed the alleged provocation to me. All I can say about myself is that I have played with a lot of Finns in recent years, none of them found it problematic, everyone laughed. Also, I never intended to provoke someone with a stupid audio, which is why I usually get a "laughing sound" after "In Finland we homo" to nip any misunderstanding in the bud. But it doesn't seem to have arrived. Too bad.
But in order to clarify the different points of view, I decided here to collect an opinion and then decide what should happen to the sounds.

As I said before, it was never my intention to provoke anyone or anything like that. I can also live with it when such sounds disappear from the server in order to avoid misunderstandings in the future. I am flexible there.
