Sounds on BG (archived by BeniU) - Snax* - 19-09-2020
Since we talk a lot about respect and consideration at the moment, I would like to suggest checking our sounds.
I basically have no problem with our sounds myself, as I've been a BG member long enough and know that they are just meant to be joking.
But there are players who feel offended or attacked by some of our sounds.
On the one hand there is "Fucking Noobs" on the other hand "In Finland we Homo ..."
As a counterexample, one could add "The Germans are mad at me ...".
So I would like to initiate a discussion here, at the end of which a decision will be made as to whether the sounds should or should remain.

I'd suggest removing/replacing the provocative ones simply to avoid any further drama.

In Finland we homo used to be my most used sound on Beginners, I used it everytime my pals from Finland joined the server.
Fun times and somehow no one was offended and everyone laughed at it.
Sad? :/

Also as a finntard I consider removing "In Finland we homo" a warcrime.

Is this a case of some finnish idiots faking getting offended by this, to go with their weird temper tandrums with BG and it's admins? If so, those kind of sad outcries of attention should be ignored.

I have no issues with "In Finland we homo" vsay, but if you use in in a provocative manner, it becomes an issue
