IDK man I've gotten ET to run (at very low FPS but still) on a 2 core Celeron laptop that's from the Windows Vista era...

Also ET is a game from 2003.

Your screenshot shows you're running Windows 10, so it's not so old...

What is the resolution of your screen?
What is your GPU model?
Do you have the latest drivers for your GPU?
Did you try reinstalling them like someone suggested?
Have you tried reinstalling ET?
And finally, did you try GLDirect like lanttu suggested?

I'm just trying to figure out which things you have already tried out of the suggested solutions.

I have some ideas but without some more info you would have to try quite a few things so would be nice to rule some things out first...

Well you weren't kidding when you said it was an old laptop
The latest driver I found for that integrated weirdness is for Windows XP...

So i took the effort to change the autoexec.cfg that i made for you, could u atleast try that and reply if it worked or not??

Just to make sure. Even though there shouldn't be any way that being set on since you tried reinstalling etc. If Chucky's resolution fix doesn't fix it then it has to be something driver / GPU related I believe...
