It surely doesn't matter that you are a female. What exactly do u mean by saying I let myself being provoked? You are obviously too young or your english are worse than you think. I can't believe you are saying that the one who gets the offense is guilty (let alone equally guilty) just like the one who exercises the offense. This is a common argument of rapists who say that the victim who was dressed sexy was also guilty and I am sure you don't support that.
You are saying that in your case you told an admin about the offense and he banned the guy who provoked you. Well I did that and nothing happened. Mega left the situation go beyond control. Why don't any of your high admins say anything about that? You only saw the last part of the problem. What if I tell you that this has happened many times, actually EVERY TIME kaiserJosef is online and I am at the server. EVERY TIME there was one or more admins at the server. Has any admin punished him because he insulted me? Nooooooooooooooo. Why? Because admins didn't do their job. Do I have to protest EVERY TIME in the forum and spend so much of my time trying to prove the obvious? Or do admins have to impose YOUR OWN clan rules about server behavior while the situation is happening, meaning while kaiserJosef is at the server? Next time try to be unbiased and think twice before you let your feelings mess with your judgement. If someone comes EVERYTIME you or those who believe I am guilty too and insult you/them while an admin is not online or doesn't care to take action then I am sure you/them will find it very time consuming to come to forum and start a complain. What if this guy changes his name and ip and keeps coming and harasses you/them? How about now? Does this change your perspective? If not... then I am sorry but I can argue only on rational basis. I understand that most of you guys are just too young but even in that age you should have a red line about what you can allow someone to say or do to you and what not. Only on ND it is problems with James. Of course, as a player I was irritable when he used the gaps in your rules. But you have to know that he is just smart and good. Does this truth hurt so much? +1 for this, sorry Guys but also from my Side i have never problems with him, and i play also against him on other servers like FA Recruiting or So on. We looking allways how the players on the Server and also other Admins or Regular Guests have never problems with him, or i overheard it. so why here?

Just let him play like that. Because on my part, he is not really a bad player.

Its funny to see how you are always complaining about others, James. But lets be honest, your own behavior is not anything to look up to either. Why is "everybody" provoking you ? Remember, the coin always has two sides. As we can see from your insults, you are not innocent at all. And as a matter of fact, the mature thing to do is to ignore the people, who are by your words , provoking you. You are getting trolled because you show them that it bothers you, its that simple. I, myself also used to respect you but you lost it all in my eyes when you started insulting me after i panzered you many times and then went on about my mother and my family. First of all i did take action towards you and kaiser, muted both, after that kaiser started to teasing you after making kill over you like get fisted, cheering, or saying Ilove you, and your answer was what toward him?
I dont know you are getting provoked with any word Kaiser was saying to you and it wasnt offensive,rude. Let me tell you Im not punishing people saying to other players I love you, cheering with quick chat. Well Mega, I respect and like you as a player. This incident (or previous ones) doesn't change that. However you did not do your job as admin in cases I had been insulted by the same player. Since you commented on this thread (I guess you should, but imo you ought an apology to me) then I have to post some evidence.

Well usually high admins excuse is that players don't post evidence. How about this then?
In the first video started after I got insulted by the same "homo erectus" it is obvious that he said something like "I ll fist you".
at 8:30 I ask nightmare to mute him
nightmare makes fun of it by saying "why me?"
After I incist on punishing him nightmare just warns him.
It is obvious that after kaiserJosef gets warned he stops insults, which means that if he that kind of human that can behave only when there is a punishment over his head.
You can see that I ve been killing him numerous times. I never said anything to him, although I could do it easily.
at 2.24 though, even after he had been warned he dares to say "in da face".
I then ask admins to mute him. Mega and nightmare still there but they no nothing, so I say "so much for admins with balls" and I get muted. kaiserJosef makes fun of me and ONLY then he gets muted!!!!

On the second video, which records the exact next map, at 16.43 I say that "I get insults but admins do nothing".
at 14.45 nightmare says he had warned him. I reply that this guy repeatedly insults me so he shouldn't be just warned but muted.
at 13.55 I say mega did nothing
.... and now the big reply from mega....
at 13.27 he says. " I am a supreme. I leave members do that !!!!!".

That's your problem Mega, you just don't care. This inactivity from admins part that led to the latest incident too. What happens every time is that I protest you don't do something and I have to defend myself. Then you just mute both and you pretend you did your job and brought justice.
Sorry guys but if this is how you imagine amdinistrator's job, you really have no idea. You can just ask for special taunts and the power to take other players pants in game and find someone who really cares to do the job.

First of all, I would like to say sorry for my comment, because I'm not involved. I promiss I won't start replying in any other complaint section (If I'm not involved ofc.)

@James Bond, you're very famous in this clan since you started posting your complaint threads. But this last one is full of intesting and annoying things. I'll try to be neutral (won't start defending you and won't start fighting against you). I can fully agree with you, because it can be very-very annoying, when a certain player start provoking without any previous reason. And I don't understand this situation ("admins are pretending themselves inactive/busy" and "they do nothing against toxic players") maybe you are right OR not so I can say nothing about this. But if you think that you could be a better admin, then why are you a simple guest? Why don't make an application and why don't try to reach the HA level and get some powerfull commands that you can use against people who ruin the game? - Telling admins what should they do is never solve the problem.

On the other hand, they (provokateurs) know you (your sensitive personality) and if you show them you're able to say so many negative things, then they won't stop annoying you until you get banned for your answers. I understand that it can be hard to stay quiet and let them provoking you, but please try it! Once at least. If you show that you represent a much higher level then their level and you don't start acting like those guys, then they will stop provoking you sooner or later, because they'll get bored of their "game". And you can also make a lot of evidences against provokateurs, while you are clean. So please, try to hide your sensitive personality while when you play and face problems with toxic guys. You got banned and you can do nothing with it, but you'll get a new chance soon. Don't mess it up!

Think it twice and don't start acting like the members of the dark side!

We were talking about nowdays case but fine,
In the first demo Nightmare warned him,and you show the example of what Im talking about , you wanted that kaiser get a mute cause he said to you fist in ur face.. idk I dont see anything bad in this, like i said already once you get provoked for nothing. If i start to do what you want I can mute the whole server then, everyone can be offended by any words.
In the second demo let me correct you Iam just a supreme and i let members, admins to taking care of it(ofc i will let them do why not, did Iam the only one to punish ppl) and in that case Nightmare was there doing it and he did it good, dont know why I should interfere.
Im sorry that you see this things in different way.

But isn't Kaiser the Austrian guy happy fister who was banned in nd for some kind of cheats . Why was he unbanned anyway.James doesn't break any rules as far as I can remember and also some of the few active guests , banning him for swearing isn't really great , I literally laughed by seeing his replies to kaiser
