May I ask why I was banned? Was it about this KaiserFranzJosef I. guy?
P.S. Please don't lock the thread. I believe I have the right to say a couple of things so everybody knows what happened and how you reacted. I expect your answer about the reason and then I will comment.

Reason is bad language and dont respect twc members
When you have problems with Players Call high admins and dont Fight in our Server with words.

Well for a change I expected justice. Is that how u understand it? How many times should I ask for high admins to mute him before I should defend myself? 1, 2, 3, 10? HOW MANY? I always ask for admins but I guess they believe they only have to use their admin powers just to taunt me and other players with special (and occasional provoking) taunts and remove pants from players. Just to let you know I really DON''T CARE about anything else than playing a good game and kill as many axis as I can. So for those 4-5 players sorry guys but I really DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. I DON'T WANT TO TALK TO YOU. Furhtermore I NEVER EVER start provoking. I ALWAYS answer. This KaiserFranzJosef I. guy should have been banned for ever in this server. Why do you keep him? My normal behavior has nothing to do with with his sick behavior but you say the fault lies in both sides !!!!. What's wrong with you guys? Do you want me out because 2-3 of your members can't accept the fact that I am probably (with facts) the most improved player in this server? They believe they still have to do with the guy they saw a long time ago, who was easy to be beaten. If you can't stand it guys it's your problem. However I NEVER "provoke" anyone about this during the game. The only thing i do is saying "BoooooooooooooooooooooooooonD" at the end of the games I have most kills, which is my right I guess. If it's bothering you then first stop every provocateur who ruins the game and then we can discuss this. I come to this server to play and enjoy the game. I don't come here to get insults and have every psycho like Kaiser think he can get away with that. If you could live with such behavior yourself then say so and let us see how you are going to react whenever i kill you and say "in your face" EVERY TIME. How about when I kill you and say "hello" EVERY TIME. Let alone when those 4-5 provokeurs say "hello" EVERY TIME i get killed, even if they have nothing to do with the kill. How much annoying that can be? You pretend you don't understand cause noone does that to you. Why do you allow those 4-5 players do that to me? Do you enjoy it? If yes then I guess that's something you can check with a doctor cause you probably have serious jealousy problem, but anyway in that case you are not capable of being an administrator since this job requires more than just an application and being everyday in a server. I don't have much hope that you are going to change anything, cause this has been happening for so much time and you are unable to impose your own rules. You have probably no idea how justice and punishment works, but it certainly doesn't work the way you use it. I know I am right in this so I don't care much about the punishment. This can probably make sad those who are jealous enough to be happy about that punishment (don't cry Lee), but it should make everyone else who can think clearly, wonder what would happen when sooner or later their turn comes. Anyway, as in every previous case when such matters arisen, my main concern is to expose whoever took such a decision so everybody knows the truth and make his own mind about this.

I'm probably not entitled to participate in this discussion, but James Bond has a point here.
He never starts provoking any people. He is a regular guest who respect our rules. If he gets banned for answering to people who provoke him, then we should be consistent and ban half of the players on the server. And yes, I agree it is better to ignore those people and ask a high admin to handle it, but they almost never react to this (no offense, I was HA as well and let it slide as well many times).

so you weren't there that day . . . there were 3 admins there . . . . they read it themselves . . . the behaviour of james is not a lie . . . maybe he is when you are there. . . always dear . . . . but exactly this is the point ! he says he only answers . . . but the question how he does it is not great . . . . Why does he have to be provoked? Does he need it so badly? you are much too nice . . . . ask me from time to time why you have the right if you are then again and again with such repetitive people too careless! ? james has not only once noticed . . . . think he will survive it and stop discussing it because that always makes everything worse or ?
