I have seen most of the answers I expected.
Blackeye, I didn't remember you are a girl, but I think you as a girl should be more sensitive on these matters. Girls are often been harassed by that kind of ..."human beings" like KaiserFranzJosef. What would you do if no admin cared to punish him after he repeatedly harassed you? You would either defend yourself by inevitably lower yourself to his level or stop coming to the server.
Do you think that I start the game every afternoon by saying to myself "ok... let's join twc server and become a ...homo erectus like KaiserFranzJosef and start swearing"? Do you think I have spent many many hours of my time trying to become better in this game and a good amount of money to build a good pc just so I can get in verbal fights with this kind of people. Trust me that both my education and social status is much higher than this. However, I am not going to let anyone insult me without getting what he deserves. Most of you (but unfortunately not all of you, from what I see from the answers in this thread) realize that social relations in real life are a lot different than on the internet. This means that on the internet someone with the nickname KaiserFranzJosef for example can insult someone without any excuse and usually get away with it simply because finding his real identity and have him punished in real world terms is difficult or too costly. That's why moderators and administrators exist in game servers, fora and social media. If those guys don't do their job either because they don't know how to do it or they don't really care about it then incidents like the one we are talking about happen. I am a person that values very highly my pride and dignity. I am proud about myself, my family, my country and everything (big or small) I have succeeded in life. If some of you are willing to accept insults and just pretend you don't listen then sorry guys but we value pride and dignity differently. I am not going to accept that kind of behavior just because some admins don't have a sense of justice even if they ban me for 5,10,20 or 100 days.

Sorry uYop, resorting to teamchat only is not a solution. Why should I have to comply with KaiserFranzJosef's attitude and not admins take action and punish him the moment he says the first insult?
Tuksi, man you have seen me numerous times in the server. Do you recall me staring any fight? I don't remember if you were online in the incident. Even if you weren't you can read on the PART of the conversation samael posted that I talked to Mega twice in order to take action. I consider Mega a decent person and a good player however I can recall 2-3 times before this incident that he didn't mute, splash or ban provocateurs and let things go wild. In this case I said

So I told him twice in 2-3 mins. What else should I do? Please take in consideration that I faced this behavior from Mega 2-3 times in the past. If those who are responsible for order in a social structure are not doing their job then it is inevitable that people will take justice in their hands. That's first grade material, if admins don't understand that then it's not my fault. In real life those admins (usually policemen) would have been punished for not doing their job, however on the internet they can just ban JamesBond[GR] for example without any punishment for them and every guy who doesn't like him just because he is better than them and proud about it can be happy. (btw I am coming to the conclusion that this is the reason because a grown up educated and decent person would recognize the right thing and support it even if he doesn't like the person who is right. At least this is what I and people I respect do).

There are 4-5 players I like and talk in games and we usually have fun cause (i believe) we respect each other. There are 5-6 players that I would consider even spitting on them as a waste (most of them used to make fun of my country once but now that they feel that they are inferior in the game don't have the guts to go on). As for the rest I just don't care about and never talk to them.
2rkish, you don't like me for your own (wrong imo) reasons. You are not however between the people I detest. You got right the part that I never start fights, however saying that defending myself (after having asked for Mega's reaction and getting no help) makes me equally guilty is wrong. I play much better when I am undistracted. Do you think I come to the server to hear KaiserFranzJosef's shit?. You shouldn't interfere in that fight since you are not an admin and you couldn't do anything. The best you could do if you realize that KaiserFranzJosef started it without any reason, was to push admins to take action. Putting me in the same side with KaiserFranzJosef while you knew I was getting heavily harassed by him just pour oil to fire. As an advice don't put countries' differences into this game. I could comment a lot on that but this is a gaming forum and politics have nothing to do with it.
I am not going to let insults against me go away without punishment. If you admins don't take action promptly then it is like you are promoting a fight. I will give you the chance to get things in control (I always did) but if you don't then I will defend myself.

I made my point here. Most unbiased members made their minds. As I said I care more about what I believe for than any ban in any gaming server. The next time you don't take action I will take a screenshot. Let's see what will be the excuse that time. I expect you to react as promptly as you would for your own dignity. I will also make a record for all those guys who always say hello after I get killed. Let's see what you will do for this. I believe spam voices are not allowed in this server... or they are ok if they are against Bond? And don't say I should ignore them or use commands to have every voice ignored (it doesn't work against specific players). Why don't they get muted permanently then and play that way since they are the ones who start the problem and break the rules? Try to be unbiased or soon noone will take you seriously, I know kaiserJosef doesn't since he gets banned and always comes back irritating and insulting players. This server should be only for playing. Anything that is against your rules should be punished on the spot and not after things get wild.
