As a high admin you should decide whats the best for your own server and not trash time for other servers.

Senpai its no problem in my.opinion to "insta kill" with it, but u can do it too rapidly because low cooldown.

Exactly, but as Sky mentioned, charge bar can not be changed without making mortar unplayable, therefore to weak this weapon a bit we could focus another on another detail.

Undoubtedly all of our players are in love with panzerfaust xD(irony). I have not seen serious requests for making panzers or other aoe weapons stronger or moreover increasing their quanity per team. Thing I can observe more often is pain and despair concerning heavy NoDownload playstyle therefore as you see I rather try to express general perspective.

I conclude that you guys are more like conservationists who rely on popularity of the server and don't want to fuck anything up coz without doubt, our server is pretty popular nowdays. However, I have right to think server could be better and more peacful place for players who connect and got immediately smashed into pieces by single mine under their ass and shot by machineGun-panzerfaust right after.
As a high admin nor supreme I would not change anything until vast majority would support the idea so I'm gonna accept whatever our supremes decides. Don't consider me smart or restless head then lol.

ND isnt pro server minded,even a player who is not skilled with SMG can be satisfied with using panzer,mortar,rifle, mines and make some kill and keep him satisfied.The problem here is that skilled and highly skilled SMG players cant accept the fact that they get easiley killed by others with one click

Reducing panzer splash damage has been impossible in jaymod for ages, wake up guys
Just like changing weapon damage/recoil/spread, forget about all that in jaymod

well panzerwar server has reduced splash damage yet that runs on jaymod. problem is thats part of the panzerwar mode itself. so i assume editing splash damage recoil etc is possible but requires deeper editing, perhaps of some core files of ET.

Panzer is fine. Only thing that bothers me personally is the amount of landmines in maps like oasis and marrakech that only have a few corridors to go to.

I am so Happy about the results of the Pool. I explain you the real results for smart guys:

Panzer can only play 1 member in team also 10 % by 10x10 Players or 25% by 4x4 Players. Humans dont vote for enemys. Thats the reason why we Need the result of pool multiplication with x4 or x10. 12 votes for no change x4 (25% by 4x4 playerd) are like 48 real voters. But we should Reduce the Playtime of panzer to Max. 4 maps. Then can more Players take the gun and the Next vote is more correct.

Rambo medics can play all guys thats the reason becouse the results for changing is so low. We are no download Server. Our Server are for all Art of Players. Not only Rambo medics cs Players or cheaters. We never change playstyle here. When you play for aim go in hs Server.

The engin result for no change we should Multiplikation with x2 becouse Engins are Not much in game. The result for Engins is important for the balance of the teams. A tip for the Mines haters are get higher Level and you can See the Mines. Look where Mines are and you can be alive.

We can Not allow that non nd members can vote for changing nd. The most nd high admins and all msts and most nd members are for no changing

Its Demokratie when 2 msts and 3 high admins with draken are for no change and only 1 high admin are for change panzer its a intern vote Ludi and not a vote who everybody can vote. We must the votes assess. The high admins and mst votes must be higher then votes from non nd Players where have Not much playtime at nd. Thats correct Demokratie.

ND has to be nice for everyone. MST, high admin, admin, we don't care wtf are u saying Nuestra. If we have to follow only MST's idea the server would be (or not) dead.

And when you play in every map its unplayable for other Team becouse your Rambo medic aim is Too good for other Team. when you play with 120 kills and 30 deaths in 30 minutes all players from enemy team leave nd server. your Thinking is like a Rambo medic. I am Good and i dont like enemys where can Stop me. Panzer are on the Server to Stop Rambo medics

Uyop destroys enemy if he was soldier, medic, engi or w/e. It has no doing with the class.

The simpliest solution is like Sky said, just dont reset the charge bar after death. It is fair for all classes. Please think about it Samael & Mega.
