Personally I don't understand this attitude to a server guest. If he doesn't obey the rules and standards you admins set to him, why not simply take away his rights to certain commands or privileges?

"New" guest are rare on ET and from my perspective server admins should be glad with every new player in their server, nevertheless their mental state or attitude. It's solved fairly easy with restricting permissions, hence it seems more natural to you to bash them without knowing them.

I'm not trying to interfere in this discussion, I just felt that you guys might be a little to harsh because for all you know he's 8 years. You're admins for a reason (I assume), wouldn't it be part of your job to make the server playable for everyone unregarded their age, state or origin?
