first off of all is that i see the meetings on bg are really active sometime,s hs aswell but the others servers not and some peopel rather stay spec or dont join at all or just for few min like on pw
and i thought it was just me but it seems like snowman expirienced the same.
anyway its just my thoughts i put here.

and meagan in this case its maybe time to make the memberbase bigger? advertise or ask people?

if you want to join in psa feel free to do apply master and i dont have seen people in spec when ive been on psa meetings. only few times but rarely.

I dont want to get involved.. But let me share an opinion from my side.. PsA shouldnt recruit members that are about to go inactive soon or sometimes.. They should be super active members.. ones who always attends ET at the exact timing daily and afaik.. Its not the old psa like before after revauld left it.. theres a mess still exists since years and has never been changed and gets worse day by day.. afaik, some members/leaders from the inside doesnt feel comfortable to play or attend a particular TWC server.. but act like they want to attend it. PsA needs to pick one very active attentive member from each server and not 3 members from a single server... i.e : 1 Active TJ member, 1 active BG member, 1 Active ND Member, 1 Active hs member = 4 one by one PsA members from different servers.. The leader should feel comfortable and have interest on playing all the TWC servers.. if the leader him/herself doesnt want to play on a particular TWC server because he/she doesnt like it or hates the gameplay in it or wants to increase the amount of meetings for his own homeserver rather than not caring about other server's activity.. i can say that.. thats not what PSA ldr should look like or be like.. otherwise that will be the root of causing mess and problems.. And why did i said to pick up 1 or 2 member from every server? To stop the next upcoming dramas related with the psa.. picking up 4 or 5 members from a single server is also another root for causing dramas .. this will also make a big loss in reuniting with each homeservers.. understand the point because ive had seen enough from the psa,

@Master the last sentence u gave is a good point but remember that u cant force or judge anyone to join something we all know that ofc.. But hey, To do that you guys must know and talk about it with the players who are very extremely active on a particular TWC server.. PsA needs a strict rule for inactivity tbh and should have strict rules for an agreement when one joins the team.. its not like a psa recruiter asks an unknown member to join psa and at last hes gunna end up inactive..

Side note: ik its hard to these sort of tasks like finding a super active member etc.. but this is just my own point of view for psa. If i was the ldr i would've done this method.

well you are rights hani but the problem with your thoughts is. if there are to much rules to live by no1 wants to join the psa because why would they? what benefit do they have?
they would rather just join the meeting when they feel like it as every1 is free to join at any time, so they rather being an active member from there home server who also attends psa meetings instead of being a bad psa member. this is why it mostly happends that more people from 1 server form a group and play with them as a base to play with. so this is good understandeble, but ye the down side to that is that ofc some servers might be discriminated.
