well idk if there is sth like this for Jaymod but in NQ we used IP range bans.
For example for trolls/hackers who keep comming back and have variable IP.
We used a IPrange ban, what that means is that with variable IP's you can change only I think last or 2 last numbers of your IP
For example:
255.255.210.12 could go to 255.255.210.85

So to get this guy you should ban him several times and always check what IP he uses.
Then you see what range of IP he has and you can ban that IPrange from the server.
But often this means you ban like some unquilty people with it but the change those people
also play et and on this server is unlikely.

That's possible in jaymod too but still easy to bypass if you use a VPN (which spoofs your whole IP adress)

1. he started provoking with panzering me before i could take the vid, when i asked reason he started insulting and didnt want to stop to panzer on me.

2. i was provoked by him, that was my reaction, maybe wrong but he was annoying me so i couldnt have fun.

3. I indeed pushed him few times, but as u can see, AGAIN THNX TO THE PANZER he uses on me.

4. Seems hes been banned here alot for same reason, so why accusing me, he's the one starting and keeping it up

lol.. this looks to me more like you deliberately provocated him just in order to get him into troubles. And he's such a queer guy, of course he easily falls for such provocations; you know that too I guess. In my opinion you don't really have a right to complain about him, considering the way you behaved there.
But on the other hand that guy is of course a known trouble maker and just for his pathetic 'ISIS' talk he should not be allowed to play on our servers if you ask me. I also remember how he made jokes about raping and beheading people a while ago... I don't see anything positive that he could possibly offer to ND.

Sure, but you did not know that at the time you recorded him My point is just that you should not react to such provocations because then they will escalate more quickly. And when you began recording it seemed to me as though you willingly added more fuel to fire in order to get more 'ban material', as you even said yourself. Just because someone treats you badly, it doesn't mean you have a free ticket to react any way you like.
Anyway, that guy is being dealt with. End of story.

I'm sure the community accepts your values, but apparently the violator is more targeting a group of people and server(s).

Over the internet and in real life, you'll meet abusive/provoking/annoying people from time to time, it's something we all have to deal with. Like Storch said, ignore irritating behavior to overcome more conflicts.

Meanwhile, I'd like to thank the server admins for their clean actions. The force seems to be strong within this community! Big thumbs up!
