I'm not gonna say my whole opinion cause I would be hated but I will say i'm against 2 inactive servers merging

The original question was if we will/can open a silentmod server. Apart from some people suggestion other things (Etlegacy etc.) the general reaction was rather a "no" since we at the moment do not seem to have enough dedicated, active members who could push a new silentmod server to the top.

So, the initial question asked in the thread was answered with reasons.

Which lead to another question, which is what can we do in general to push any of our rather inactive servers to being active again.
Quite some people answered, and the outcome as to "what" to merge seemed to be BG and HS (since this was the suggestion most people decided to discuss about). What is still missing however, before anything is to be decided, is the answer from all involved people, meaning not only a few of HS and BG high admins, but also all the other HS and BG high admins aswell as the still active members and the supremes (i havent seen hani post anything yet).

Discussing the details of a merge is of no use if it is not even clear if there is going to be a merge at all.
So lets calm down and wait patiently for others to share their opinion. If you feel attracted to this thread so much read about all the arguments for and against a merge brough up till now instead of making yet another post that leads nowhere :P
So please, consider this thread rather locked/put on ice until we heard all voices.

I also have put this up for discussion in the Headshot chatroom to hear our HS members opinions.
Hani won't be active till end of June if I'm correct so he won't be answering for a while.
Also I never meant this as a thing that should happen now or even next month.
This was just an idea that I wanted opinions on, this will take quite a while before it can happen.

So I agree this will be on hold till all or most opinions are gatherd

1jump because we dont have 1x jump objective server.

We Have BG - ND both 2x jump..

Im up for that server.. to make active.. most ETPro player like to play there beacuse 1xjump is nice.

My Friend kurdich, We had Silent mod server before if i am right but it didnt well and so on not a big fan of that mod anyways so just incase i disagree (my opinion)

Looking up into further pages/posts from this thread didnt make me want to read them anyways, doesnt relate at all.. anyone left to give an opinion towards kurdich's idea must post it and if nobody's left and alrdy gave their opinions just close the thread, kurdich you can post another thread with a poll in it if you wish to..
