I am not actually sure if it works like that, but couldnt the same "Spam Protection" of votes be used for the vsay commands as well. That means, that the cmd is kinda spam protected after it has been used once, giving the users a cooldown to wait for.

I dont know if I as a guest here can give my opinion to this.
Trickjump isnt based on having fun with sounpacks. Of course it would be funny for ppl which are like grown up in ET with soundpacks.
But most TJers especially me dont like spamming voice chats on Trickjump Servers. It's just annoying and meanwhile u jump u get mad cuz everyone is typing v926(e.g).
Back then servers didnt use sound packs and it also worked fine.
Dont give urself such a big work with spam protection and so on and just leave Trickjump as it came to in ET.
Politly I can say, dont do it.
I could say to 60 percent the most TJers wont visit the server anymore. Especially know TJlers like vallz, hupo, spectator etc.

Its just my opinion!

Ofc you can give your opinion as everyone else playing on the TJ Server can and i pretty much agree with your point and as it looks like so far, there isnt anything like that going to be added as Change mentioned already that spamming is kinda a rather big issue on the server already annoying quite a lot of ppl which we are trying to prevent as good as we can.
