why all that drama about teamspeak though? i mean, i don't need teamspeak to have fun i've played this game maybe 4 years without teamspeak and i had loads of fun

yea maybe better to close this and start a disscusion about this topic in a few months cuz now it doesn't seem like people are acting in their "right" mind. Let it cool down and start at a later point in TWC life span.

We won't die soon or go under, everything is still active and quite good imo.
Their is always room to improve but it doesn't need to be immidiate.

People leaving and joining is normal in a clan. People get older have other more important stuff to do and other people join (again) for some fun. So it's loss and gain. It will always be like this. If people don't feel at home here they are free to go and search their fun somewhere else, I hope they find a place to feel good at home.
Right now I feel good here so I stay here, but maybe in the future when i start working and get a gf etc etc I won't have time or sth for this game and I'll leave, in a good mood hopefully

You guys are totally right. Back on topic Ive sent my event ideas in a PM to Mimus. I had some crazy ideas, since i organize some crazy parties in GW2. Anyhow, ive made my sugestions and voiced my opinion. Im done here

As requested by some and as in my mind before, im gonna close this topic. Dont take it wrong, i loved the suggestions made and will definitely keep them in mind and start planning some details and theoretical outcomes with lig. However, as i feared before when i closed the other topic and this one was created, it went from "what can we do to improve the clan" to "who can we blame for some weird things we come up with".

I guess i dont have to repeat the things already said about what is mandatory and what not about ts, psa and all that stuff.
We always have times in TWC when emotions get up. It usually starts with someone leaving, some other leavings (be there a connection or not), them some people come along and start whining about the good old times when of couuuuurse everything was better, implying or stating blandly that today everything is bad. That is neither true nor something to voice that could help in any way. It only pulls people down so they either feel bad, or they start a highly motivated thread about "change" and "better for the future" which then most of the times ends in futile discussions and only very few actual ideas.
Its nothing new for us, but its always an unpleasant thing.

I hope you all can take this thread as an example how NOT to do it if you actually wanna try to change things for the better, and remember it for the next time you want to make one
