about psa: its hard to explain it but im going to give it a try.
psa is a really great group/project.
as i see and feel its like, darn hard to explain uhm, for example i am on ts with some people i might like person A more then person B, or i dont know person B, now ofc i can talk the whole evening to person A, and give no attention to person B, but that would make person B feel not wanted or ignored
or not fit in. So what happens is that person B isnt going to find joy playing with them or being in the psa team,
(this is not ment as an offence in anyway because i always did and still respect you guys for you effortSmile)

I have a feeling you are writing about that in the past, we, PsA were usually in the diffrent channel on TS. Welp, sorry but it was usually me, Chris, Imma and Snacky, the TS crew at the time, we had a lot of things to discuss about PsA itself and also I had a lot of things to say to Imma and Snacky and Chris about me and how I feel, bcs you know a little something about my backstory, I simply NEEDED them ALONE to speak to them to open up. But it was only few times we did that bcs of that purpose.
Master, it goes the other way as well, YOU and others TS did not decided to join US as well, even tho we were FIRST on TS usually.

About rules, I agree with Djuki. About the rest of your message Master, I have no idea what you mean.

I experienced joining this PsA channel as non inviting tbh. Because everyone would either go silent or i would make people rq. Even when you ask how everyone is doing, you get nothing back, sometimes not even an how are you. Made me feel like an ass ... While my intentions where good. Maybe this is a thing of the past, but this makes me not want to join that channel again. Actions do have consequences. I just had enough of feeling like a jackass who did the wrong thing by joining channel. It made me feel worthless... Nobody ever told me what was up, was i annoying? Tell me! Did i interrupt something? Tell me! Am i not welcome? Tell me! I guess i am nothing to you people otherwise you could have at least told me whats up... Thats how i feel about it. And why i choose not to join channel. It aint that complicated tbh, actions just have consequences. I guess im just to sensitive for this shit atm.

I also have irl shit, i just choose not to bring that into a game. There is nothing wrong with doing that! If it makes you feel better, be my guest. It just aint my style. Doesnt make me any less human.

This, ET is only a game, don't be a nazi with the rules (I used to be -_-) not saying ignore them completely just don't care as much until it actually gets out of hands. Heavy spawnkillers etc just tell them politely that they can't use arty, mortar, panzer etc there don't need to go and have a full on shitstorm and then use commands :P If they carry on well either they didn't care what you were saying or they speak no English It's a game it's meant to be fun (hypocritical of me saying that cause I'm bored of it xD) and I think someone said something and relaxing and losing stress, that's the best reason to play imo

First of all I don't recall a single event when you joined and we didn't greet you and ask about how you are nor did we all go silent because of you. When someone asks us how we are doing we politely answer and ask the same. The fact that we don't feel the need flap our mouths when there is no need to is not equivalent with going silent and ignoring people. I remember the first time you joined TS and it was uninvited really... as someone from the channel made you join if I recall right, and from that point you became a regular which is why it's hard for me to understand your argument here. You've been feeling like an "ass" this whole time you were with us? As far as I'm concerned we don't force people to join us on TS just as we don't forbid people to do so. However I do strongly remember a few times when possibly because of the difference between our point of view and yours we did end up arguing (mostly from your side though) as we didn't share your opinion on the problems you've listed. I don't know what is your ideal TS gathering but we go there to have fun on our own way, not to entertain other people, if you want that go to a circus. And one more thing, I prefer the smaller nice meetings on TS with a few people where I can actually focus on the game too not just 4-5 different people shouting and screaming and squeaking in laughter cause that throws my aim off not to talk about my focus. I am on TS because I chose to but my main focus is still on the game. If you can't accept these I don't blame you, but I'd like to ask you not to say things that aren't true, we are sophisticated and educated people.

This is just to clear up the confusion and the wrong image on PsA members. We are actually not from hell and will not eat/torture anyone joining us on TS

As much as the PSA team is a part of twc, this thread is indeed not ment to be about that team only. It has an impact on all servers due to their tasks (project server activity) but they are not the one and only highest instance when it comes to finding ways to improve activity and feelings of community, not can you blame them for their tries. The whole team is made of various characters with own feelings, opinions and motivations. They are neither to be seen as activity-gods nor can they be doomed for servers being less active than wished for.

Lets focus on finding a way to improve activity and communication on our own, or with the psa team, but lets not make it (whatever "it" is that we will come up with) be yet another job for the psa team.

E.g. i got some pms about what we can do apart from the game (ET) itself and yday we tried some online boardgames like drawyourthing while being on TS and i gotta say it was a lot of fun and id love to repeat that today, e.g. before sniper meeting. Its a nice fill-up for times ure bored/on tilt but dont feel like playing ET etc.

thanks for the explaining sneaky because this is exactualy what i ment.
its not about entertaining other poeple but you should be entertained yourself if you have a big group off poeple that likes the meetings and play along with you on the psa meetings. you dont have to go to the circus for that rather put the fun in this game because it is dieing already.
and if the score inside the game is more important to you then to actualy have fun with other poeple, i think you are in the wrong spot as a leader of the psa team.
if you only like to play in a small group (basicly your chosen group ofc) i think the spot psa member would fit,
because every1 looks for the psa leaders to have fun with them and do those meetings, if they got left alone they will not enjoy the game the much and quit at the end.
and if you dont belive or disagree look at the facts first.
the only way that can be solved is a new leadership imo or there have to be a really big group joining at once so they can have fun together aswell, wish is not gone happen.
and ofc you can keep it this way and the group will never get bigger.
but ofc that is what you like so i will understand your point anyway.

anyway back to the topic and events,
mimus i dont wanne give the job to the psa but it would be nice to use the same time,s for the best shot for succes imo.

I do not want to get into it, altho I could write a lot stuff but it would make this topic only hotter. So only small thing from me. It's not like this situation from the past, that PsA is separetly on TS will happen again. When was the last time you saw Snacky and Imma on TS? They are by themselves on skype and when we want to, we get on private TS server to talk privately.
