Hey guys. I've been thinking, if we kicked a lot of inactive members, why should be high admins (that are inactive for no good reason) imune to kickout / demotions?

I think that giltter shouldn't be recruiter if he is inactive.

And for killa, does anyone know, is he ever going to be active again? :/

not for me to decide but having inactive HA is useless and pointless, i say you demote them and atleast try to contact them or something

Im not even a member yet so dunno if i should be posting here, but when some1 just leave's without posting or notifiying any1 after a bit of time they shouldt be demoted just straight up kicked... I mean whats the point of having a inactive member? ... Yea you have more people on the member list but thats about it, he's inactive so hes kinda just taking up a slot some1 else wants to get, besides if you kick some1 and they do re appear its nothing easier but to re-recruit him/her IF they are not planning on going inacitve again, i mean higher level = higher responsebility and if a recruiter cant take a second just to an update where he's standing atm and when hes coming back / or even IF he's planning on comming back... i mean sure ET isnt the only thing in our life but imo it is like a second home,how hard is it to find 3 min time to write a post about inactivity? anyway if we want to succeed we need to work as a team and if you show no respect to the team you shouldnt be part of the team.... just my opinion
