okay so, for almost one week nothing happened here, nor did i get any kind of PM/msg about an instant-messaging option.

I see that jul seems to be a little active, at least.
But i also see, and this is what bothers me way more than activity and stuff, that there is a huge miscommunication going on.

I get tickets in the support section telling me to put someone member, then someone else says no hes still ha, then i get a request to kick people who are not even in forum with that name, while others who are inactive longer without reason can stay and so on.

Before we fix anything about who is supreme and who is high admin and "hey lets kick inactive members" we need to fix the communication in TJ.

I request to get the steam id from every involved tj-admin. That means at least Jul, Legendz, Change and if possible also blacknex and the other active tj members.
If you dont have steam, we can also work with facebook, whatsapp etc. as long as we have a possibility to talk to each other instantly, aka. the online version of face to face.

Whoever does not join this instant-messaging, will not be involved in further TJ decisions in the near future.

Once i got all the ids/fb names etc. we will search for a place and time to meet and have some productive talk about TJ server, its administration, its maps, bugs and all the other things i called in my pm to you (see the first post of this thread).

PS: You have one week for that. After this week, it will be just lig and me who decide whats gonna happen to tj, changes, administration etc. So better get up and do sth if you dont want us to just decide over your heads.

If tj wants to have more members or players I would put 1 bot in spec and keep it there but im not sure if you can do that with the tj mod.

That was probabbly me cuz i was running around with Hu tagz but appled for TWC anyway i didnt havea clue and still DONT have a clue if Hu is still alive i dont see no members forum or server.... i just had the tag on cuz i left ET while i was in Hu so i didnt even bother taking the tag off...

Mimus what do you want to happen ? All i had to say i already said. We dont need any major changes in forum , administration or anything. All we need is server without buggs which is visible for everyone on the list. and thats it !

I kick out all inactive members we should be kickd. About those who left and are still inactive - they aint players i mention before , who dont care and aint gonna come back to et. From time to time , longer or shorter but still they are playing.Trust me i know whats going on on server i am leader of. If they dont care about TWC i wont care about them and as i see no one who got kicked complaind which for me means they dont care.

i wont instal steam cuz i dont need it and im aint gonna turn it on every day only cuz somone might wants something from me. Im on forum 10 or even more times a day for that.

Well, nono.

Apart from server bugs and visibility one of the main problems you people came to me with were the inactive supremes, right? So thats one of the main problems we have to find a solution for.

You yourself said things like " rebuild whole TJ community", "All we need is a supreme who gonna update the server and that's it. I see no otherr problem in tj atm. We dont need to change supreme , we need one to deal with it finnaly. " and so on.

So we definitely need to find a way to deal with the current situation. Its your decision as i stated in my previous posts. You (the active tj ppl) have to decide if you want new supreme who are active, or if you find a way to keep your current supremes active (and if it is just to, e.g. as u said update the server and stuff like that).
However, imo, you will definitely need a supreme who knows at least a bit about server-side things who is active enough to not only react to pms like once a week which are about mapchanges etc., but also to react instantly if things like a servercrash happen.

I am not sure if jul is active enough for that, and i dont know if revauld is. Moreover, I dont know if any of you are familiar enough with server-side things.
This is why i would want to talk about it in private, not only because its way faster (you can instantly answer to my questions instead of waiting ages for a forum reply), it is also easier and less "ashaming" sometimes if you can solve some issues in private, e.g. discussions about how much knowledge you have after all.

There is more i want to talk about in private because its more convenient. E.g. this ramp bug (which should not be caused by the etclient, and i can explainall that to you aswell but in order to have a productive talk id also want to have this in an instant-messaging-talk instead of thousands of forum replies) and finding a solution for the server-not-on-list-issue.

About the miscommunication:

Got a ticket from leg about kickouts, answered to it - yet i got no reply:
"There is no "DJ Atraf" to be kicked. Does he have another name on forum?
Also, if you apparently kick the ones who are inactive for a long time already, why is Ivan still in the TJ usergroup?
Lastly, you have Makez in the roster, however his last visit on forum is about 7 months ago and he isnt even set as TJ member in the usergroup.

Please find out about atraf, make up your mind about ivan and makez

glitter = demoted to lvl 7 so he dont have acces annymore to the high admin base

Apart from me not being able to not give ha-base access to someone who is still admin, i got another ticket a day later from leg:
Could you add Juice to trick jump member group, and demote Glitter to member group (from high admin)?

Why demote to member if hes still admin? In case he is, since on forum jul said: and about glitter demote to lvl 6

So, wtf is one supposed to do with so much misleading and confused information?

This is why I said you have to find a way to stop this mess and start talking to each other, like actual talks, that can happen fast and dont need ages to be answered like in forum posts.
And this is why we need an instant messaging option. In the past we had it as a more or less unwritten rule that admins of all servers should be reachable by xfire for members in case there are no admins ingame. The same applies to steam nowadays, or at least to facebook or sth (because steam seems to have issues with adding friends without buying a game etc).


I am not willing to spend my time writing one forum post after the other, trying to answer muliple questions at the same time, while new posts are already being made, and then having to write another huge post. There is a reason people changed from letters to email, and then from email to instant messaging, and today even using stuff like whatsapp. We are living in a fast age, and you should adapt to that.
If you are not willing to join that, change, them im sorry but im pretty sure youre gonna miss out on a lot of talks and decisions.

Leg, Nex im gonna msg you on steam later (am pretty busy this weekend but afterwards) about tj things, especially the ramp bugs (am chatting with zero and other atm trying to find out what it is that caused our bugs if not the client).
