Automute should stay, especially in nd. I just agree what say Sub. if u remove it ill spend more time with typing command than having fun in game. Ofc we can think about reduce some censor words, but like say - automute should stay.

As Sub already said, we should let it on ND. On all other servers it can be removed because it's unlikely that there are people on the server without an admin. The one who wants to swear will do it anyway and the other one who feels offended can also take a screenshot or instantly report the incident.

I think on ND automute should stay, it's rather useful. But on the other servers it should be removed, Beginners never had automute and we never really had problems, if someone was crossing the line, he/she would get muted.

I think it doesn't hurt for it to stay, just so admins on the server don't always have to use the command to mute, its way easier if it happens by the auto-mute. But i think on lower populated servers it might be unnecessary because there are not many times that there are players without an admin around. And there aren't many people swearing. So generally i agree with what Sub posted, keep it on ND and remove it on lower populated servers. Which means redo the list at least for ND.

What we should keep in mind aswell is that it can be really confusing for guests if several servers have different censor lists (a reason why I personally dislike the currently ongoing changing of the censorlist by some supremes).

So if we decide to remove censor on some servers, and let it stay on others we should find a way to make it known to people/guests and ofc try as much as possible to have a general understanding (for admins) when a mute should be given and when not. Because one of the worst things that can happen is that guests get muted for sth on one server and on another one not, or even get muted on a server by one admin but not by the other.

Whatever we decide, it should be a decision that will be carried through all servers (not meaning the censorlist-appearance but more the dealing with the mute command)

What do you mean by this? It is't confusing.
What is confusing about no swearing on TWC servers.
If it get punished by automute or admin mute it makes no diffrence.
Swearing is an offense and is dealt with (at all time).
We aren't talking about diffrent censor lists, we're talking about 1 for ND (and maybe later for other popular servers) and none for our other servers.

But yes it is needed to make a clear statement and proces how to deal with people swearing.

The easiest thing to do is a pop up message e.g:
1× swearing/insulting = warn
2× = short mute
3× = mute for a whole day

In some cases the players just don't care so in my ex clan we also kicked and banned them for some days

I'm totally supporting the removal of the word censor. It has always been annoying guests and members too, even though it was fun watching them getting muted but yes I agree with removing it and sticking to old fashioned ways and muting manually
