Why do you want to get this job: Started with TWC pretty much from the beginning back in 2012. I was not able to play for a long time due to the fact that I was busy finishing with university. Currently I have got my own company and can set my own working hours so can be available at lots of hours while other members might not be available. I think I do have the skills to source for active members and recruit them. I usually have a good relationship with guests playing in ND and am confident to pull loads of fun new members on board
