1.) After i finally reached my 100k xp i want to get a new job on NoDownload Server and i'll try to get more responsibility.
2.) I want to recruit more players to join TWC and to get our Clan even more bigger.
3.) I am playing ET for about 7 or 8 years now and i got experience in higher Clan position and know how to act like a trusted Member.

Why do you want to get this job: I simply would like to help you guys a bit further. I've been recruiter and also higher admin before and I know everything that's demanded of this position. I especially wish to take part in discussions here on forum and believe that I can be helpful with my experience in some cases. I know I'm not super active in-game, but I visit the forum several times a day. I thought maybe you would not mind too much, having 4 other pretty active recruiters in game. I still could manage the application threads and all that stuff and also edit the roster and do all kinds of forum work. The last time I was in a higher position here didn't work out so well, so this is the highest level I would allow for myself. If my activity is not sufficient and if there is another more fitting candidate for the recruiter position I would gladly step down again.
