Vacancy procedure:

- Applicants will be watched in-game and on forum to find a suitable candidate.
- Application to a higher level can be submitted after two months since last promotion.
- Applicants will be interviewed by co-leader, leader or supreme about his/her future promotion.
- The newly appointed recruiter will start immediately on level 8, but this will be evaluated after a month. If everything is turning out as it should be the admin level will be permanent.

Task content:

- Your current admin level must be level 6 or 7 (members that haven't been in our community long, but do want to apply will be taken in account when a new position becomes available).
- You reply to new applications from new recruits.
- You edit the application forum.
- You start a trial period.
- You monitor the behavior of the new recruits.
- You are responsible for the acceptations of new recruits for the clan.
- You also fulfill all the duties of an admin of lower level (7 and 6).

Tasks requirements:

- Must be an active member on forum and in-game in past, present and future.
- You must have good English writing skills.
- Knowledge of rules in ND and exceptions. This includes ban procedure!
- You must be mature in age and behavior.
- You must be a team player and you are able to make concessions when the majority has a different opinion.

Why do you want to get this job:I just want to help out. I've been a member for a while, and now a lvl 7 admin for a few months. I'm not what you call a "pro" player, but i don't think I need to be, just play how you like and follow the rules. Have been active during my time as member. And don't plan on going away for a longer time, so I will be active in the future. Like I said, I know the rules and I just want to help out. It's not an ego thing to want to be in the highest level or something. So if I'm not suitable and don't get the promo or if I were to be demoted after a month, I will just continue playing and fullfilling my lvl 7 duties.

Why do you want to get this job: Firstly, I am well aware that this is for members with lvl 6+ , but look, every day when i play few hours after work, people are breaking rules, talking crap, insulting, trolling, etc ... mostly there is no one else online and people sometimes insult me because i do nothing, while the thing is i can't do anything, lol
I just want to be able to deal with troublemakers efficiently, I was trusted with ND co-leader in the past, former BG supreme, and not so long ago recruiter again in beginners, to be honest i don't feel like watching people breaking rules for two more months before i'll be able to do something about it , and it's not like i'm taking someone else's spot because besides vegehan nobody else applied while there are 2 slots open

Why do you want to get this job: i'm kind of active again in ND and it's the same problem as few months ago, i often find myself into situations where i'd like to mute or kick people, but no one is there, and calling someone just takes too long, perhaps it was a mistake resigning last time, i'll try to not make it happen again
