Gastronomy stuff
#31
Haha, Bubble boy you meant sh1t literally! Biggrin
Fortunately this stuff also looks like some troubled Nutella - which I also like a lot.
You might have added some decription so that we don't only try and guess what it hides in that. :P
What we in Hungary eat for Easter, you can check on my opening post.

Man, that Panino alla brace all'Ercolanese looks awful, another treasure of the "Vesuivo zone" I must try soon! Biggrin
As regards making pizza, I have been struggling to learn rolling out the dough by hand, it is not that simple, but tstill the easier job. The harder job is to search for a wood-heated oven, but such one is available at my friends house, so not that much time should elapse, until tha old man becomes also a pizza master - after being 'goulash master' :P.

instead of sharing italian stuffs, i choose to post some foods i really loved that i tasted in late april in my 1-week trip in budapest. we had the house in cházár andrás utca and so we were near to lot of nice places where you could eat. one of them is called Paprika ( pretty near to Hősök tere ) where i had prolly tasted the best meat in a while.

between all the awesomes stuffs i ate, for sure these were for me the best and i suggest everyone who goes there to try them:

-Gulyás, especially the spicy ones;

-Halászlé;

.

these are just some examples. later this autumn when we will go again for a couple of week in budapest ( yep we loved it so much that we go again ^^ ) i will try to remind some of the names of the things i tasted, that are difficult to learn hahaha Biggrin

Egészségedre!

Damn, Andre boy, you visited my cool city Budapest?! Biggrin
Ofc I know all these food stuffs, moreover I can cook all of them, I just don't care about sweet stuff so much.
Let me share some power versions of hungarian Goulash soup, that I made myself!

That's the power Hungarian goulash made in cauldron! Red and angry! :P

And let share another fine street food that you might have missed, it is called 'lángos' [lángosh], it is a kind of fried dough. I can also bake it myself, it is best with tons of garlic and sour creme on it, maybe with some cheese. See the pic:
