Gastronomy stuff - Butcher - 06-04-2015

Hey mates, I have been missing a topic on nice food and drinks, and thought I should create one myself.
I am start it with a traditional Hungarian Easter food plate that we used to eat at teh Easter holidays. It includes cooked smoked ham - which should be home-made or at least home-made like, not artificially pumped up stuff - boiled eggs, preferred coloured Easter eggs, fresh and strong horseradish crouching up to your brain and exploeding it while eating Biggrin, maybe some mustard, spring onion, radish. We eat it with (salty, not sweet) milk-loaf like the ones on the picture.
Heavy food, so it needs lot of keeping Lent 8fasting) before and aftern Biggrin, but it is worth to do!

Just share your nation's, country's preferred dishes here, but not from Internet recipes or other sources but from your own kitchen, e.g. the recent dishes you or you mum made Biggrin.

Damn so much cheese on that nice pizza!! Smile
We also bake such pizzas with power stuff on it like sausages or bacon, to hwich I think the Italians would state that it may be very far from the original Napoletean version. But they taste well.

oh god don't make me hungry again with the sausage and bacon pizzas damnit i had too much chocolate over easter xD it would be damnnniitttt too unhealthy but too good BiggrinDD
