Alright im getting tired of this.. people want new maps (and so do I) but nothing has changed yet after one month. Someone of us ( probably snorfiets) need instant acces to our mapdatabase. People keep asking about it. And we need new maps to bring even more people to our server.


Also in my opinion its time for new Trickjump Supremes. Yea I talked about this before. Both supremes are still inactive. Since I joined TWC Trickjump in march or something. I haven't seen them more than four times. And I visit the server 2-6 hours everyday, every week. This is just wrong. Usually members get kicked out if they are inactive that long.. Although im not asking for that.

Our server has been managed poorly. Imagine if Snor, Ale and I didnt take care of the server. It would be dead by now..
And Zero (maker of ETjump mod) is working on a new updated version of ETjump. If we dont act fast when it is released the server will die. I heard 999 is already preparing to use that mod

Yea, At the moment it is impossible to add new maps. Because we have no access.

Even though I may seem new at this scene, I have been here for longer than you could imagine. I have been in TWC three times now, once in No Download, two times in TJ. I have seen it being way more active back then even though I know that the new gaming consoles, games and such affect greatly to the gaming community, there are stilll quite big variety of active Wolfenstein players.

What we need to do now in my opinion, is revamp the whole TJ part of TWC. We need somehow to attract people to our server as well as join to get the community going once again to the level it once was few years ago. I went by the name Sunny back in ND ( Was in QAD as well ).

I haven't really ever paid attention to the activity of the supremes or what they do, I have always let them mind their own business as long as the server has been running and everyone that have visited us, could have the chance to enjoy their time in TWC, I haven't said a word, just been happy for that.

Lately I have noticed that many non-twc members DISLIKE our clan and upon asking for reasons for that one I heard was "Too many tards". Here is a list of what in my opinion should be done:

• Certainly add new maps, maybe even revamp the whole map database
  
• Cut out all inactive members, recruit new ones (Maybe even lower the standards so the people who can TJ could maybe arrange some "teaching lessons" for the new members). This would in my opinon make us stand out from the crowd.
  
• Arrange regular meetings in the server where every member possible would join the meeting and we would maybe discuss the stuff what is going on in the server, train Trickjumping together. As of now, it is just more like a hobby for us that we visit the server whenever we feel like so and there are no constant things we MUST do which is vital for the clan to stay alive, active, enjoyable and most of all something to look up to.
  
• Start doing promotions and maybe do some competitions with prizes to get current members interested in getting more and more active.
  
• Start actively monitoring peoples reaction to changes and make the server better, maybe even best it has ever been. We can do this, but it must be done TOGETHER!
  

I even tried to ask if some regular jumpers wanted to join TWC TJ but they said a big fat NO. Only from that we can assume that the server is going to face the bitter end if nothing is to be done.

Let's start changing things, see how people react, make TJ server better place to be! I have faith in this, we must act now before it is too late...

I am more than glad to discuss about this subject, please provide feedback of my opinion if you have any.

And Dupix, you are right, if the head managment of the server isn't doing their job, anyone below them can't do anything to help the server.

Yea we have to revamp the map database. Some new maps are released lately. Also mappers are making new maps atm. like cyro and yuruyuri and kraggle and novic. And we are missing some great maps like distillery.

We need to update the Trickjump Roster. We've got some inactive members who need a kick.
The requirements are already low. We just have to make sure that they know how to trickjump and that they are able to.
The suggestion to give trickjump lessons sounds good to me. We've got some experienced trickjumpers who can teach new members how to improve.
I've been promoting members lately if they are active. Although some don't check the forums reguarly.
