C:\Users\Sijbom\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\jaymod\demos

but it doesnt find the appdata by clicking so i have to first search for testdemo and open the location its saved in.

To locate the appdata folder show ur hidden files and folders. (Organize -> Folder options -> view -> check the box "show hidden files, folders and drives".
The appdata folder will be visible in ur C:\Users\Sijbom\
Another option is to type in your explorer window "%appdata%". This will open ur appdata folder. From there you can browse to the file.

That will actually go to the Roaming folder within your appdata. Go one up and open Local if you do this method (which is by far the easiest --> best).
