So, I've found my ETkey to apply in "Identity Manager", everything went well, my username (in-game) appeared, BUT, when I opened my console and typed "/cl_guid", it still appears "unknown" and I can't use member comands in PW Server... How can I solve this? It's normal?
I've typed "/pb_cl_enable; pb_system 1; pb_writecfg; reconnect;", but it didn't help me!

check that you have same etkey in both
X:\Program Files\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\etmain
and
X:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Punkbuster\ET\etmain

Just to avoid any misunderstandings. You did have a working etkey before and just now after uploading it at our site it stopped working?
I'm quite busy, so unless it's a quick thing or really urgent I am unlikely to be able to answer PMs throughout the week, but I try to reach out to everyone who contacted me during the weekends. If it's urgent, you can also contact any of the supremes, they can do a lot of things or relay directly to me if necessary.

I don't know, I just had to use my etkey now when I entered to clan, so I have no idea, but here, appears my name and etkey number, but in AppData\Local\Punkbuster I don't have a paste "ET" and consequently, a file "etkey"...
One question... What must I add in Identity Manager?

I guess the etkey file from your etmain directory.
