8+ Level have access to !sclogin command which make you shoutcaster. Also you can be shoutcaster when you know password - then you can /sclogin

Enhmod commands sometimes bugging - then you need /sclogin - but I don't know if +8 members can know password.

hi all,

I have a suggestion to do about ND : -give the possibility for all ND members to do !spec name : WHY this ? 2 reasons :

-Some people kill in chain the same player who is afk : again and again... there is no game with this ! it's bad (or sad) sk for me...
-The other idea is to avoid that teams are unfair : for an example : 6vs6 with 2 players afk in one team, so 6vs4.

that's a suggestion, tell me what you think about it !

In my opinion idea not for accepting by high admins.

If you will ask why the answer is simple - this command can be abused by lower admins.

First of all, of those admins in ND I hardly expect anyone, not even the low admins to abuse this command. But it's the internet, of course we can never know how people behave, especially when no higher admins are around at the same time. But in that case we might just get rid off this one person who abused the command right?
Why should everyone suffer now from the fact that once in the past someone abused the !put command? Isn't it much easier to punish the people who abuse, instead of removing the entire command of lower levels?

i am working to give trusted members some admin commands like kick mute putteam etc.
i couldn't do it cause am busy with work etc.
got some spare time at weekend to do it

If you give these commands to lower admins for me will look like a bit of a return to the old level system :P

But it is a good idea.
