I think there should be no score try-out at all.. we don't need rambos like Gabriel or Saiko who never did anything but played 'well', our recruits should speak English, know how to use commands and behave. But since we don't and won't have application recruiting it's hard to accomplish.

I actually havent recruited any1 to pw with a tryout for a long time.

I dont think tryout should be needed on any server, just good behaviour and can speak english.
You'll learn to play when you learn.

I agree too. Skills can be practiced, good behaviour and a nice personality usually not. I owe mayhem .50 cents for the copyright of this remark though

Yeah the try-out is actually sence-less. The skills can be learned after.
Good behavior, able to speak properly english and a little experience with ET is neccesary, am I right? ^^

I agree with the no tryout and will go a step further with saying that xp shouldn't be so high any more either.

Getting to know the person a bit to see if he or she can follow our rules and fits in well with the members, to me is the most important qualities we can look for.

TWC was built to have fun in. That was Joints plan all along after having been in GIX and not liking the way they treated people.

With so few guests left in ET, our restrictions to join should be lowered a bit and be more concentrated on having fun.

I have a great suggestion: Lets change the meaning of our try-out.
Try-out K/D ratio
To Try-out Being 5 days in our clan

We can make a single group 'Try-Out Member'' and on the server it wears these tags: |TRY
At the end some high admins from that server agree or disagree, if they agree he moves to group Member and has normal tags ofcourse. If he disagrees account will be put to guest.
Nice idea?
On this way we can see how they behave, how active they are, if they have atleast a little expierence.
Oh and we should change 5k XP to 1K

Just:

- No tryout-score, or atleast a possible one like 7/5 or something
- A very bit of English would be nice.. and no i dont mean the google translate english
(maybe the recruiter does a little "smalltalk" before the tryout, like: Where are you from? How are you? etc.. there you can see how his English Knowledge is).
- XP needed to 1-2k

We had something like that in mind: 3500xp and a k/d of 7/4.
