I assume you would only have to change the script, so here are the scripts for the new registered servers.

BG : <script type="text/javascript" src="http://api.trackbase.net/servermon/et.js.php?ip=81.169.199.22:27960"></script>
ND : <script type="text/javascript" src="http://api.trackbase.net/servermon/et.js.php?ip=81.169.199.17:27960"></script>
TJ : <script type="text/javascript" src="http://api.trackbase.net/servermon/et.js.php?ip=81.169.199.18:27960"></script>
PW : <script type="text/javascript" src="http://api.trackbase.net/servermon/et.js.php?ip=81.169.199.23:27960"></script>
Nam: <script type="text/javascript" src="http://api.trackbase.net/servermon/et.js.php?ip=81.169.199.21:27960"></script>
HS : <script type="text/javascript" src="http://api.trackbase.net/servermon/et.js.php?ip=81.169.199.20:27960"></script>

If anyone is curious how to get it then:

1. Go to http://et.trackbase.net/serverlist
2. Look up your server and go to its serverpage.
3. Scroll down and you should see "Server Monitor" in the bottom right hand corner.
4. Modify the settings if you wish, for the scipts I listed, they are the default versions.
5. Copy the script and replace the old one.
6. ???
7. Profit.

Oh and nice paint skills Chris!
