well hantoun they rent it, but we had other system before frmo strato without problems so it must be in the settings of the server and nothing else. it has nothing to do with the connection from strato since the old server connection didnt lagged that much.

It's not a connectivity problem anyways.
It seems to be a problem with poor HDD performance, which certainly isn't anything that I could fix with any server setting.
It's just really hard to figure out the actual issue.
I'm quite busy, so unless it's a quick thing or really urgent I am unlikely to be able to answer PMs throughout the week, but I try to reach out to everyone who contacted me during the weekends. If it's urgent, you can also contact any of the supremes, they can do a lot of things or relay directly to me if necessary.

Any news or activity from the hosting company? This all sounds to me as if it's going to take a very long time before these issues are solved or even improved.

An issue's ticket created for the "support team" should be enuf. Eventually they will be forced to take a very close look at the hardware. Hopefully - a.s.a.p Smile

I'm really sorry about all of this. Both problems are being worked on, though. That's all I can tell you right now. I was hoping to be able to get sniper and Vietnam back on yesterday, when the old machine was reactivated for me, but for some reason I couldn't access it.
I literally spent most of yesterday talking to support guys on the phone.
As for the nd problem, it's most likely related to an overloaded storage backend and the data center guys are looking into moving the machine to another host server.

This is just about everything I currently know. There's nothing more that I could tell you.
