I think members have to warn guests first instead of splatting them immediately

I've own way of dealing with guests, I'm not handling with them with kid gloves, it can be wrong but I don't care. Anyway I'm going offtopic, great this rule is back. Ah, and from own experience,
I know that guests heavily piss on warnings.

In my view it is ridiculous to warn people with over 50k xp who knows the rules. They know it very well.
Not much of visitors care about warnings in ND, as Kokok said.

Besides:

11.Heavy weapon Spawn Killing
Heavy weapon spawnkilling is only allowed on the capturable spawnplaces! Heavy weapons include all the soldiers heavy weapons and arty/airstrike.

Procedure
1. warn + splat.
2. warn + splat.
3. kick for 2 minutes.

Penalty
If a member is doing spawnkilling with a heavy weapon the whole time, then make a screenshot/demo and contact the AAT member or a high admin.

7.Trickplanting
You are not allowed to trickplant for example in siwa oasis by going to the front of the anti-tank and jumping/planting.

Procedure
1. Splat + warn.
2. Splat + warn.
3. Kick for 2 minutes.

Penalty
If a member is doing trickplanting, then make a screenshot/demo and contact the AAT or a high admin.

6.Walljump
You are not allowed to jump over the walls. You may not even do it when you are not doing the objective!

Procedure:
1. first time splat + warn.
2. second time splat + warn.
3. third time kick for 2 minutes.

Penalty
If a member is walljumping, then make a screenshot or demo and contact the AAT or a high admin.

Low members are now 'for show' only, only HAs can do something, that mean that low admins should only play and warn. That's it.

!rules and !warn are useless commands imo.

You can explain them the rules, instead of using !rules command. Besides telling them the certain rule what belongs to the situation they broke or are in, is more effective than popping all the rules at one time to the screen.

!warn, you can just warn them without that command or use PM system.

I've never used these commands, maybe one or two times in my entire time spent here and i dont know why people want these commands so much.

For me is logical to warn some1 not depending how much xp he has,people can forget sometimes sow admins are here to remaind them

I agree,commands are not all the time the answer,if you can talk about it with that player he will remeber ti well ..

As I'm not a member of NoD, if I'm allowed, I would like to give my opinion too and it's quite simple to me and that is why I share the opinion of 'Clysma'.

Even if you have over 50 000 XP, you should know the rules long enough.
