You must send demos to person who will record them with fraps, but I would recommend that you record those demos yourself because if someone needs to send you those files which are recorded with fraps, its going to take days. Average clip taken with fraps and in ET, 10 second long clip (Reso 1920x1080 HD) is about 650-750Mt with 60FPS. So if your clips are going to be average 3mins, size of clip files about 11Gt... and who is going to upload those clips will take time, and downloading also. Ofc you can reduce file size with lowering quality (Resolution) and taking FPS to around 30.
But after all, its VERY recommended that you record those demos yourself if you use fraps, because its going to save time very much.

Doenst have to ^^
and people can just send me the demo's then ill record them with fraps.

got a few clips already but like tj etc can't even get on the server so can't make clips of that.
