Since the removal of heavy SK was a bit of a failure, me and schaa decided to implent the rule again.
So from now on heavy sk is disallowed again, i want to make sure all ND members/admin and AoC keep to the rule and also telling the guests its disallowed again.

Kind regards,

Chuck

Thanks, it'll make the game a bit fairer now. (Fairer sounds weird..)

if heavy sk is disallowed, then imo is better to fix also the speed recharge of heavy weapons like before, otherway they will be useless Tongue
