About the rules these days (archived by John)

I don't know what's going on lately, but there are lot's of things going on in ND at the moment,
It seems like some High admins and recruiters aren't aware of the rules of ND, an example happened yesterday.
Apezkin wanted a try out, then the recruiter (Not gonna call names because im not gonna offend anyone, just in general) said that arty/panzer kills aren't allowed (while i've seen people joining with it) so i searched rules, and i found the recruitment section of ND, which say NOTHING about the fact you can't use either arty or panzer for the Try Out, so what i've done is telling them the rules on forum says different of what was said in the server, next thing that happens is, there was told that the recruiters know how it works, but seems no one informs members/guests about it, okay, if that's the case, that's their choice not mine, but what also happened was that I've been called an 'idiot' and stuff like that.
I don't know what's going on, and im not writing this to make trouble or something, but i just wanted to mention it, and hoping we all can work togheter, and make it more clear for everyone (including guests) to prevent stuff like this from happening.

The reason i've posted this here is because i can't post it in the 'Important' section.

Hope this is enough information for now.

Well the reason why you were called 'idiot' was mostly that you were blocking couple of spawn exists.

That was not when it happened.. it was when Apezkin was being recruit.
and i can give you an example for some1 with panzer, his name is Nacht.

and as i said, about the 'blocking' stuff, yeah i did it once for fun, and visitors didnt get mad, most them them even lol'd at it, but that was not what i meant with this topic, it was about what happened yesterday evening during Apezkin his TO

ohai, since youre speaking of nacht tryout , and since i were the recruiter of him, yes he did it with panzer.

If its not in the server rules then its not a rule. Even if the server supreme says its a rule! He should add it in the rules before it is seen as a rule.
Rules get changed sometimes, so as clysma is a member for a while already it could have been in the rules a while ago but isn't anymore.
If you're not sure about rules, rather check then to say its a rule.

That's exactly what i did, i went to forum to check the rules, i found out that the example i gave was not in the rules, yet i'm being called an idiot etc.

There never has been a rule that requires someone to use a specific weapon. If a weapon is available in a server, then it is usable by all for any reason. If someone wanted to do a tryout with a knife or poison syringe, then they are allowed to do so if they wish.

There is how ever a rule about every TWC member showing respect to others. Both to guests and members. Name calling and insults are not allowed by any member at any level. If our higher chosen admin cannot follow the rules of the clan and set good examples, then they can be demoted and we will find someone willing to set the right examples.

Read the rules people and remember Clan rules are above individual server rules.
