Well, it was actually the first time i did it, so....
but anyways, lets not get off topic, this topic wasnt made for that..
you know, the point is, its just frustrating when an, or in this case, multiple (high) admins are wrong, and you are refering them to forum to re-check the rules, and they just sorta ignore you and tell you to shut up etc...
it seems like admins can't take if if they make a mistake and a lower ranked member tells them they're wrong... It seems they just don't know how to deal with it and they think they're right when they simply aren't... and if the person who actually is right gets ignored, thats just frustrating for the members...

to be honest i was there whole time (talking with sky), and the only thing i saw was insane that was stating that panzer and arty are good for tryout, not in harsh way, neither in a troll as well. and he asked many times to check rules. while some others high admins were saying the opposite.. that arty does not count and other stuffs.

but what i do want to hear is an apology from the ones who told me to stfu and stuff ;DD
and oh yeah, dont be mad or rage when you make a mistake, everyone can make a mistake, even supremes of MST's can make a mistake, that's why we're humans, there's nothing wrong with making a mistake, but its the way how you deal with that mistake, that's what matters, that's what i wanted to say.

Im happy you all found your way back to topic. No need for another 7 pages thread about ...whatever.
Of course, looking at the rules, arty and panzer are allowed. everything is, and no one would think of not allowing it.
Still, since its the common use of tryouts, we want to find out if someone is a good player, and arty and panzer are a kind of easy way to get kills.
However, admins know that tryout stats are not the one and only reason to let someone join.
In the end, using art and panzer IS allowed and, for the one having a tryout, an easy way. Im sure the only thing admins wantes to state is that it might be more "fair" to use a weapon that doesnt kinda overpower you
So, no need to get mad. The better word in this discussion would have been "not taking it for fairplay" instead of "not taking it cause its not allowed"

I would love to make fun of that :P
But it is true and what he went on to say about how one is able to deal with it that counts. Too many times in here I have seen people posting a complaint only to have it turned around on them and have someone say "well you were doing bla bla bla last week" but there was never a complaint.
Don't get me wrong, I am happy not every little complaint is made public, but turning the finger some time later is not the way to solve a problem. It only makes it continue and blow up into something more. As we have seen in many other complaints.
In this case, as Mimus said there are rules and all it takes is a simple explanation if some one asks if he can use arty or panzer in a tryout.
One thing many of you members that are here currently may or may not know, is that in TWC, skill is not a requirement. I thinkk a 7/5 tryout shows that fairly. Sure it is nice to have members that can pawn in a scrim environment, but it is also nice to have friendly players that just want to have fun whether they have a high kill death rate or not. Skills you can get, manners and being nice is a lot harder.
That is and always shall be the main requirement to joining TWC.... Nice and friendly. We expect that from our newest member all the way to our oldest members.

IMO, the k/d rate shud be taken out. What depends more, imo, is maturity. Have TO's, like DC and EA. It really helps, imo. When I was in DC, there was a few tryouts that proved they weren't really mature.
