Why you think you can't ban? Recruiter can make temporal ban for 3or 7 days with proof.
So idk what is the problem.

Why making this public anyway? (Also I think complaint section is for visitors complaining?)
You could just talk to puitje and discuss it with him if you're not sure about what to do. No need for a clan discussion about what to do with 2 rulebreakers lol ^^
And also, like kokok said you have the right to handle the case by yourself, you are recruiter that gives you the right to ban people with reason afaik Smile
