After someone promoted you to HA, you should be more self-confident to things you do, also you are allowed to ban people without asking permission from your supreme, ONLY if you also post ban proof after that. Okay, this was my first time when i see thing like this now when im recruiter.
In future i will handle things like this was, by myself. Now i just wanted to know what should i do in future.
I just didnt want to do anything wrong.

i agreed a high admin should make this choice self , high admin have the admin skills to make this choice him self.

and will never abuse it. just make sure you have screenshot of it when they come winning about it on the forums.
