I've seen aplications on ther ET forums, it's good for knowing members and it's not good for loosing people.

In panzerwar guests just play, NO TALKING AT ALL. They don't even say anything in quick chat, It's hard to make ppl register here and make an apply. We can try as well...

I think we can have a more organised forum then.
You can always put on it " Introduce yourself on Introductions " ( So maybe we could make a base Introductions to )

Maybe we can do it like this: You go on server, get like 1000 or 500 XP, ask a recruiter to join with his permission. Then, you make an application. John can make a list so the applicant can fill it in. He will post it and euh... dunno.. a few high admins.... agree him to join?
And then a try-out for 5 days.... Idk.. just thinking :P

I think we should get mature and good expierence ET players in TWC.
And most of these guys know what that base is and what to do for it.
