Dream suggested application recruiting and i wanna know what you think about it.

Application recruiting:
Visitors first have to create an application (post) on the forum if they wanna be recruited and then they have to make the tryout.

Ummm is the vote working for anyone? Next thing to fix I guess..

I vote yes, it's a lot better than our current recruiting - all members will be registered with at least 1 post and we will know who should be activated. Also informations like past clans etc.

I think it's bad idea
We will loose some potential Members for sure

When i first joined TWC i think i played 3/4 of a year without even knowing that we got a Forum(lol)

That's true, we may lose members but mostly only those who are too lazy to write application or have bad English to do it. So not really good members.

Yes we will just loose that so called "bad Members"
but in my opinion it's better to be active ingame than on forum

Yes, it's important to read new announcements and stay up to date, but i think we should let them decide what they want to.
They won't get Promotions if they aren't registred though.
If they just want to play ET, i think it's fine not to register. If they want to help TWC and get higher position in clan, they will register anyway ^^

I believe both recruiting styles are good, just not together.

It should be one or the other. Dragging out the process will turn people away.

I enjoyed being asked into the clan and then 10 minutes later passing my Sniper tryout to become a TWC member. I was then asked to register in forum. Which I did but a few days later, because all I wanted to do was have fun.

I honestly believe that if I had been told to first apply in forum before a tryout, I would have never been a TWC member or in any clan for that matter.

It should in my opinion be either application or tryout, but not both.

Applications may be best since it never should be about skill. We have always wanted nice people in the TWC. Skills you can learn. Manners and good behavior are something that you either have or you don't.

PS. The votes don't seem to be working for me as well.
