That would only work the other way around. If I were limited to transfer to a diff server I'd be very ... upset. Lol. If it were my behaviour or inactivity or whatever someone could lack I'd understand.. But this, theres no way it would raise activity in any way. It would feel like a obligation instead of the fun we have right now with this team.

First of this was just an idea, nothing like this is happening now

second kenny you joined for HS only, they way the idea works is that 3-4 days of the week it would be HS (frag/skill) way and other days BG (obj based). So you could actually just play the days it's HS, and maybe just pass by when it's BG might like it

The transfer stop vegehan proposed he means it in a way members hould give the new server a chance and try it out instead of just chaning server without knowing what kind of server or fun the new one could be.
But I agree a tranferstop could give the reversed effect. But some way like I also posted in the other topic we would need to put up a system to keep activity somewhat high for a while till we build up a regular and bigger member base. So maybe it will be somewhat obligated to play some times (like we also have in HS meeting roster, PSA,...) like you would need to play or you don't get promotions and after a while of not showing up even demotions (sth like that).

I know it's an idea ;-) and you know how I feel about the idea no offense tho. It's a bit of a radical reaction but I felt like people were stepping ahead on this idea and spreading idea's and stuff without having full information of our opinions on this. It's just a bit out of the blue to me. Not that I need to know everything at all times but it does make my reaction around these threads a bit more understandable I guess.

I am also having a hard time matching these ideas, servers and suggestions of you guys in one pile called a merge. I do not think I'm the only one.

Stepping ahead on this idea? that just means they are enthousiastic about it, that there are people with the same thing on their minds. Both topics were made to het your full information and opinions otherwise Hani and Master etc would have just implemented this a long time ago.

Out of the blue, c'mon?! HS might have kind of a stable members base but we have been talking about it ourselves a few meetings ago when we talked about PSA going to crap. Sniper is dead, Vietnam is almost dead, Beginners is almost dead, Headshot has a good adminteam but that's about all. Only NoDownload and little bit Panzerwar is are good running servers at the moment. I rather have 3-4 good servers then 2 good and 4 dead ones. I put effort and time (so do others) in headshot and seeing it not progress is really sad almost feels like lost effort.

You don't have to match the ideas, you jsut haveto pick the right ones out of the pile and make 1 solid one. We never called all of it a merge. The main idea is a merge yea but all the things that would be in it can be discussed that's what the suggestions and ideas are. That is what these topics are for: TO ASK WHAT YOUR IDEAS SUGGESTIONS OPINIONS ARE.

It's like you guys can't think for yourself and only swallow the idea when someone else has chewed everything in a nice easy understandble form of an idea. But that's not what I want to do, I want YOUR opinions so WE can make a server WE all like and contributed to.

Even if it merges, everyone will just go inactive again, When I was in HS before with Majda and kerny we tried and got the server a bit more active, then it went complete sh*t and inactive again. BG whenever i look I see Manius and Opte at times on there, HS I see a couple members. Both servers aren't that active now and members barely play on the servers, most play on ND or probably other ones so unless there's actually solid proof that this will help I won't bother staying if it happens. That's all I got to say.

we have been thinking about it before to mix hs with bg (shockwaves idea actualy) to make an obj headshot server or for example to make it hs kill with the vote system or something like it, but we never got that close cause the supremes arent sure about it+its alot off work and votes etc etc etc etc.+ the time we talked about it hani had to do exames and stuff first.

but let me know what you guys think, especialy hs and bg members.

That's the first post I saw on this matter and reading it made me realize there has been some ideas going on already. All good. I gave my opinion on them, which you are responding to right now. I also told you guys I wanted to help. Sub, don't get me wrong. I'm not throwing suggestions in a trashbin here. This idea is indeed out of the blue to me. I wasn't present at this specific PsA meeting most likely and also not aware of the ideas of this merge. THAT'S why it's out of the blue to me.

If these ideas were already in progress I would have maybe expected a specific thread about this very suggestion. Not a post on a coincedential thread from Kurd'ich about a new NITmod. That's the point where I got surprised. Again, no bad feelings (how many times do I have to say that I am happy with new ideas?).

Waiting for more specific suggestions on that matter then. I would have input for this too if that is appreciated.

Slightly hurt about the part where you do not seem to recognize my attempt to still try and help even in a merge that I do not entirely agree on, but would for the sake of a more active server. Not in this thread for the misleading posts, but for a better server.


I have a feeling you misunderstood my earlier post and I hope to have cleared that part up just now so I don't have to repost my stuff in order to be clear.
